Room Service is a sensory design consultancy for boutique hotels and hospitality brands.
We design experiences people feel – crafting the mood, rhythm, and emotional architecture of a place. Our work moves beyond the visual, engaging all five senses to create atmospheres that linger in memory.

In an age lived through screens, Room Service designs for the body as much as the eye.


We believe hospitality is theatre: a choreography of scent, sound, texture, and timing. Each project begins with research into how people live, gather, and connect in a specific place. From there, we shape a sensory identity – rooted in locality, elevated by design, and realised with feeling.

ABOUT OUR FOUNDER

Founded by Clare Walsh, Room Service draws on a background in art direction, interiors, and brand experience.


Clare has worked with clients including Apple, Nike, COS, LVMH, Burberry, and the Guggenheim, and holds a Master’s in Interior Design from the Royal College of Art. Her practice sits between culture and commerce, exploring how sensory design can make hospitality more human – and more memorable.

Clare also designs a range of mouthblown glassware, inspired by memory and ritual.
